Property Management Companies in Dubai typically charge 5-8% of the annual rent depending on the Property type, Size and the services included in the package such as Handover, Snagging, Legal proceedings etc.
However, We at Trinity Homes have 3 tiers of services under Property Management I.e. Essentials, Premium, Elite charging AED 4,000, AED 5,000 and AED 7,000 irrespective of the size and type of the property.

Since our license legally enables us to collect rental checks payable to our company for the purpose of clearance, Trinity Homes does not require this. There is no need for a local bank account because we can process rental proceeds to any desired account, including an international bank transfer to your overseas account upon receipt on rental funds from the tenant.
